Pre Sale Purchase Price starting at: $250,000

Reservation Deposit: Option A - 10% purchase price discount ($25,000) with 50% deposit
Option B - 5% purchase price discount ($12,500) with 25% deposit
Option C - 2% purchase price discount ($5,000) with 10% deposit

Choice of hangar based on first-come, first-serve availability. Corner hangars incur a 5% premium on purchase price.

PRESALE SPECIAL: $650 for rent and HOA fees total

HOA FEES
