About
Planecave was founded out of the need of general aviation pilots and owners to find aircraft storage. While the U.S. has an abundance of public airports owned by municipalities, funds for GA in many of these airfields is lacking. FAA grants are primarily for airport improvements such as runways and taxiways.
Planecave enters into public/private partnerships with airport authorities to develop public-owned land for everyone’s benefit.
Planecave’s principals Steve Jordan and Thomas Richter are both GA pilots and aircraft owners with a wealth of experience in and business. Their collaboration extends over 20 years in real estate, entertainment, and hospitality.
